Furniture Shop management android application is designed to automate the process of shop management through android app. Shop owners can only access this app for managing the business. Information related to material availability, stock details, order details ..etc. can be viewed from this app. The owner can take a decision based on this data.

OBJECTIVES

The main objective of this application is to help owners of furniture shop to manage various types of works through online. This process can save time and improve business.

This application should provide owner to manage all kinds of inventory that is related to shop. He should have the option to add, delete and modify data from the inventory. This should be user-friendly with a minimum level of usage.  The system should help a user to give directions to maintain a right way of handling data. This must be used in supply chain management.

Use must have the option to view purchase orders and pending order details and analyze stock availability.

A user must have the option to track customer requests and complaints related to repair of furniture. A user can have the option to select outside or inside warranty period option. Using this information owner can easily track user request and provide the best support.

The application must have customer feedback and customer order management service. This information is useful to analyze customer’s data with unique customers and repeated customers and provide the best discount for valuable users.
