Financial Planning Project Modules:

The different functions in Financial Planning are as follows:

1.       Registration
a.       User

User gets registered by Administrator and User is termed as RM (Relation Manager). RM login’s into application and gather investor’s financial information, calculate and generate report and gives the investor the overall portfolio.

b.       Investor

Investor approaches the financial advisor and provides his/her financial information to the RM and gets his/her financial status and the goal status too.Full portfolio is generated based on the details personal and financial details.Investor are created after user logged into the application Various details are taken from the investor for further requirement within the application. Few of the requirements may not require but kept it for future requirement. Few of the fields are mandatory likewise Name, Pan No and DOB without this field investor cannot be created.

2.       Financial Planning Master Creation
a.       Asset Class Master

It defines the three types of Risk such as 1. High Risk. 2. Medium Risk. 3. Low Risk. This form is used to create the Asset Classes and update the existing Asset Class     Master details.Based on the Asset Risk Profile and Asset Nature.

The field is captured in this form pertaining to Asset Risk Profiles information are :

Asset Risk Profile: This field contains the name of the Asset Profile(details).

Asset nature: This  field contains the name of the Asset Nature  details.

Asset Class: This field contains the name of the asset class

Suggested Value: This field contains the suggested value of the Asset class as per

the Asset risk profile and asset nature.

b.       Liabilities Master

It is used to create the Liabilities details and update the existing Liabilities details.It defines different liabilities such as Loan as one type of expenses of the investors. The field is captured in this form pertaining to Liabilities information are:

Liabilities: This field contains the name of Liability (details).

c.        Income Master

It is used to create and update the existing Income details.It defines different types of Income which the investor can earn. It will be used in Income main page where investor income will be gathered. The field is captured in this form pertaining to Income Heads information are:

Income Head: This field contains the name of Income Head(details).

d.       Expenses Master

It is used to create and update the existing Expense Heads details.It defines different types of Expenses which the investor can expend. It will be used in Expense main page where investor income will be gathered. The field is captured in this form pertaining to Expense Heads information are:

Expense Head: This field contains the name of Expense Head(details).

e.        Goal Master

It is used to create the Goals details   and update the existing Goal details.It collects goals of the investor which they want to be met. Goals such as Purchase of a New Car, Dream Vacation, Purchase of a New House, etc. The field is captured in this form pertaining to Expense Heads information are:

Goal: This field contains the name of (details).
