AIM:

Project Tilted Touch Panel Based Industrial Device Control System Is  A Parameter Controlling System Which Is Used In Industries To Swith On Or Off For Any Device From Any Location Using Touch Pad .

IMPLEMENTATION:

For implementing this project we are using micro controller AT89S52 which is integrated with touch panel, relays. Relays are connected to devices like light, doc motor and dc fan. Results are displayed on lcd screen.

Existing System:

In Existing System For Controlling Devices In Industry Are Done Using Switching Technology This Application Is Not User Friendly For Handicapped Employees. In Order To Provide Solution For This Problem We Need Effective Method Which Can Complete Task From Same Location.

Proposed System:

In Proposed System We Are Using Touch Technology Where Handicapped Employees Can Switch On Or Off From His Location And Relays Are Used To Connect To Hardware Devices Like Fan, Bulb, Light.

DESCRIPTION:

At present automation of system have become a important feature form many companies and industries to reduce manual work and complete task in short time. There are many automation systems for controlling devices but here we are developing application which can be accessed by handicapped users using touch screen technology.

In this project touch screen is connected to micro controller which will send signals to controller to perform specific function. At other end out put of controller is connected to hardware devices like fans , lights, loads. In order to control these devices relays are used to switch on or off.  For this project at89s52 micro controller is used code is written in embedded c.
