108 call center management system is a web portal for health emergency services which is useful for managing patients, staff and ambulance services in a efficient way. This application provides option for online report generation for each patient based on date. Records are displayed on excel sheet. 


108 services are provided by government with collaboration with private agencies in India which is a free ambulance service for citizens. Citizens can call to 108 number and request for service by giving location and patient status details based on that doctor staff will reach there and provide service.

This system will improve emergency service and medical service and provide clear reports for each patient.

Project abstract:

108 call center management service project consist of three main modules for managing staff, patient and ambulance. For each ambulance there are four members of trained staff with different backgrounds who will reach patient location on service request. These details of each patient, staff are managed in database using this application.

Modules overview:

There are four main modules ambulance, staff , patient and reports.

Patient management: this module will manage each patient details like adding patient, location and time. We can add new patient , delete old patient and modify existing patient details.

Staff management: staff will have different options like adding new staff member , deleting staff .

Ambulance: in this module availability of ambulance is displayed based on service we can allot available ambulance
