Customer Care Management software program is software application program to manage customer relationship in a better way. This project is developed for a established Solar Water heater company. This is company selling Solar Water heaters of different capacity to customers by collecting customer data from different sources. In order to communicate with customers they require strong, simple and efficient software, this program serve the same purpose. 

OBJECTIVE:

The main objective of this application software is to manage the customer relationship in better way by avoiding all duplicate communications and also check the requirement in a timely manner. The other important objective of this software is to manage this company day to day customer related activities digitally, earlier they are maintained manually in which case it take long time to search for each customer communications. 

SCOPE:

This application software is very much essential for the said company to manage its customers. So it is a essential product for that company, same all the companies require this type software to manage their customers, So CRM software have wide scope in the market. 

Existing system: 

In existing system for any company which have more customers from different parts of the country used to manage customers care services using excel sheets. Details of customers with contact numbers are managed in excel sheet this is not he effective method to handle data. This method need more human resource and time taking process. 

Proposed System: 

In proposed system we develop a customer care management software where admin can update customers details to database and he will have option to take database backup, search for old records and print monthly and yearly information.
