Furnish management system also called as supply or distributed management system is a communication medium between supplier and distributor for purchasing products in bulk. In this application supplier will update data to web portal with his account details whereas distributor will look after available stock and place order.

Introduction:

Supply chain management is a tool used for managing flow of products and services procedure. This method is used in any type of goods from electronics, food, automobiles ..etc.  Using this software we can upload available stock with raw material or total no of stock available under each category and update daily outflow of stock.  There are many suppliers and distributors involved in this supply chain.

Project abstract:

Furnish management system application is developed for organizations where managing of goods and services should be accurate and easy to update data and analyze data.  This application will have three main modules admin, supplier and distributor.

Modules overview:

Admin module: admin is nothing but a company owner who has overall command on application he can interact with sales, purchase and admin departments.

User module:  he is normal employee of company who will have username and password he can login and update stock details under each category.

Supplier module: supplier is the person who will provide stock to admin using this module he will update quantity and cost for products.

Distributor module: Distributor will look after available stock and purchase online by send quotation to supplier.

Purchase module: this is payment module where distributor can purchase products from supplier.
