The project entitled IMPRO Employee Management system is a pilot project for small insurance company to manage their employees. 

PROJECT:

         IMPRO Employee Management is a software application to maintaining to manage the employees in the organization.  This project is provided with options to enter all employees in the organization according to their branches. this program also have option to track vacancies available in each department. 

OBJECTIVE:

The main aim of this software application is to automate the employee administration, particularly to track all the employee details and to track vacancies in each department. The other important objective of this program is evaluate the each employee in the company and based on that promotions will be given. 

SCOPE:

This application have wide scope in the corporate companies, once it is successfully implanted in one company  then same software can be used in many companies across the country.

Modules: 

Administration: Admin can add new employee details with department details, contact details, experience and salary details. 

Employee Module: Employee will have his own account to view status of promotion, attendance, leaves, salary. 

Vacancies Module: each department will update vacancies available in respective department and upload to database based on this data new employees are taken. 

Promotion Module: This module will provide promotion details of each employee.
