The business process starts when the Complainant given written complaint called the “F.I.R.”, at police station and that police station will feed complaint detail in PCMS software and that complainant does not find any result from PS then he will go to Senior Officer and then senior officer will ask to concern police station regarding complaint, then that PS will give show the copy of F.I.R. and then officer can easily see the complaint Details on P.C. or can take print report of that case and then officer will order to P.S. to take necessary action. If we do manually all process is too time consuming and wastage of main power.

Inspector will inspect the complaint and he will give the progress report to higher authority.

Officer can see all complaint according to search criteria like according to area, P.S., complaint type etc.

You can take print of any/all complaints according to search criteria like according to area, P.S., complaint type etc.
