Washing Machine Customer Service Administration is software applications maintain all the day to day activities of the customer support, the software also provide option to process the complaints, allocate the employee to manage the service and  It is also provide option to analyze the service provided the employee. Based on the analysis company can know how services are done to the customers. 

OBJECTIVE:

The main of this software is to automate the existing system of manually maintaining the records of the customer complaints, requests, service related problems etc., This application is useful for managing all data in digital format without using any paper work . 

SCOPE:

This application can be used by any washing machine companies to process the customer complaints and requites. So this project can be used by any of the washing machine companies, later this application can customized to other electronic product companies also.

Modules :

There are four main modules in this application. Each module will help to computerize work involved in daily activities .

Admin module: Admin module is useful for looking after employee attendance and work allotment to employees for each day and type of task. He can view stock details and daily revenue based on daily and monthly basis. 

Employee module: Employee will have option to login with user name and password to give daily attendance and look after work allotted and check monthly and daily activity.  

 Client module:  Details of clients who visited service center details are managed in this module with email id, phone number and address. 

Sales and service module:   Sales details of every day and every month are shown in this module. Total number of stock available and delivery details is managed.
